We’ve created a google sheet where you (the BCRC staff) should add in numbers for student usage of 4 things during your shift:</div><br class="">Printing<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Internet use (Moodle, Spire, etc)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Using software (MS Word, Excel, etc)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Place to Study<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Just add the number of students using the BCRC for these tasks to the number already there for that day. For example, if you’re the first one in on Monday morning, you’ll add a number to the blank row. Shifts after that will just add to that number. Each day starts again on a new row. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">To get this info, just quickly ask when students come in. Most people might be doing only some of those things, so just add to those columns.
