[bcrc-staff] Fall 2020

I got an email from a BCRC staff member asking about whether the BCRC
will be open in the Fall. The short answer is that I don't know for
certain. But I think it's unlikely.

When I learn more, I will follow up to the list.

I hope you're all staying safe and I look forward to seeing you again
under more agreeable circumstances.
