[bcrc-staff] BCRC log system

Dear BCRC staff:

These data are important for the future of the BCRC: The department is
trying to document how the facility is being used for planning.

Please greet people when they come in and ask them to explain how
they're using the BCRC, like:

"Hi! Welcome to the BCRC! We're surveying how students are using the
BCRC. Are you here to print, use the internet, use software, or just to
study? Or all of them?"

Maybe hold up fingers as you tick off each one.
