[bcrc-staff] Monday holiday

Because Monday is a holiday, I was reminded that its important to get
time sheets in by noon.

And don't forget that since Monday is a holiday, the BCRC is closed, but
Tuesday next week runs according to a Monday schedule. So please work
the Monday schedule on Tuesday.
