[bcrc-staff] New toner

[Steven D. Brewer]

I just made the first purchase of toner cartridges for the new printer. 
It uses 16A while the old printer uses 14A. We'll keep the new toner 
under the new printer. Let's just make sure to use the right toner in 
the right printer.
