[bcrc-staff] First pass at fall schedule

Here is my first attempt at making up the fall schedule:

Please let me know if you see any problems with working the shift(s) I 
have you scheduled for. We will provisionally start the schedule on 
Monday, Sept 9. Please be patient as I may need to juggle things around 
for a bit.

Note that there is one open hour left that no-one seemed to be able to 
work. Any takers?

If you're new, welcome! Let me know when you come to your first shift 
and meet with me for an orientation. (With an exception for Angela: we 
should meet sometime sooner on Monday.)
