[bcrc-staff] AV system problems

An instructor emailed me to say:
> Just making sure the word got to you that the HDMI connection to the projectors in BCRC did not seem to be working today. The student and I could not get it to work. I was able to use the HDMI cable to project in the room next door, so I don't think the issue was with my laptop. 

I had not received a report off this from staff: please email the list 
if you have a problem you can't solve with the AV system or if you 
identify a problem with a workstation (each has a name on the display).

In this case, I shut it off, waited until it was done shutting down, 
then unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back in, and it started 
working.

This is not a very satisfactory solution, but it's what we've got right now.
