[bcrc-staff] Update

[Steven D. Brewer]

Over spring break, I did a major update to the BCRC server "snapper". I
think most things are working, but you'll notice some differences. Give
yourself some time to check to make everything you need to do will still
work and let me know if you find problems.

I will be out of the office on Monday, but should be available by email
at least part of the day, so let me know if you have questions or find
stuff we should fix.
