[bcrc-staff] First draft BCRC schedule for spring2019

Here is my first draft of a BCRC schedule for spring 2019:

I did the best I could. Please be patient as I may still need to move 
things around.

If you can't work the hours I have you scheduled for, please let me know 
ASAP.

There are still two open hours: (Tuesday and Thursday at 11). I didn't 
see that anyone had said they could work then: let me know if you can 
work those hours.

Welcome to the three new staff! Normally, I would try to be on hand for 
your first shift, but it turns out I'm double-scheduled at those times 
this week. So please stop by for a few minutes on Monday or Tuesday so I 
can orient you before your first shift.
